Hi--I just read your comment on my blog. I'm actually not sure how you join FRC. My parents are really involved in it and that's how I heard about it. I would bet that if you went to their website you could send them an email or something saying that you wanted to join. Then they will send you periodic updates about the amendments that are trying to pass and other political things such as petitions you can sign, etc. It's very informative info.
